WE HAVE SUSPENDED TAKING NEW ORDERS UNTIL OUR WAREHOUSE CAN CATCH UP

AS OF APRIL 20th WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY NEW ORDERS UNTIL OUR DISTRIBUTOR CAN CATCH UP

WE DO NOT HAVE AN ETA FOR THAT

Most of my time now is answering the same question; Where is my order? Let me explain what our situation is so you will understand the task at hand. Some of you may have already heard some of this as we have conversed over the last few weeks. I have answered that question to the best of my knowledge but the situation has evolved and changed as this virus has created new challenges.

Our orders are fulfilled by a national distributor, with our other store we work with 10 different ones and this distributor is the best in the industry, so we are not their only customer and there isn't another organization that could do a better job.

During the week of March 15th many people started to get unnerved about this virus and the firearms industry was immediately overloaded with orders, just like the video you saw of the toilet paper isle getting raided when the store opened. The order volume that week was larger than ever recorded. Had it stopped there, the warehouse could have caught up in a few days or a week but it did not, the order volume kept up through the weekend, By the end of Monday the 23rd they were roughly a week behind shipping. Keep in mind you can only estimate timelines.

The week of the 22nd maintained moderate order volume, they were actually catching up. Then the shelter in place order came on the 27th, thankfully the firearm industry was deemed essential and they could keep working. They did have some new restrictions and guidelines in place that hinder production though. They had to reduce staff to allow 6' or better separation and wear masks. This cut their production to about 50% which started to steadily increase the delivery times.

Orders continued at a moderate level until the 30th when a large shipment of Magpul products arrived and orders went through the roof again! At this point our estimate was 3 weeks behind shipping but now it looks like those orders are probably 4 weeks behind.

The warehouse already works 2 shifts and is also working Saturdays now. It is in their best interest to ship orders as quickly as they can and they are doing their best in this situation.

The distributor continues to get more orders than they can fill every day. I probably should have stopped taking orders earlier Although I do not expect their order volume to slow down, at least you won't be mad at our company about the shipping delays.

Most of you that placed orders have been very patient and we greatly appreciate it. I may have given you an estimate of the shipping times that was inaccurate, not trying to sugarcoat anything but the situation was changing daily.

Inventory is reserved for an order when it is placed so unless we notified you that we could not fill the order within 24hrs, your order will be filled.

Thanks again for your patience.
