Q. Can I ship to a PO Box?
A. At this time we don't ship to PO Boxes
Q. Can I combine subsequent orders to save on shipping?
A. Unfortunately orders can't be combined.
Q. Is this product in stock?
A. If the add to cart button is active then yes. The website synchronizes inventory every 30 minutes so if there is a quantity of only one or two in stock of a fast moving item it is possible that we are unable to fulfill the order. We will let you know right away if this happens.
Q. I'd like to cancel all or part of my order; is that possible?
A. Only if you act quickly! Once the order goes to the warehouse for processing it's on it's way. We cannot cancel part of your order, we will have to cancel the order and ask that you re-order what you need.
Q. How will my order be delivered?
A. We ship using UPS Signature Required. We only ship to the billing address on the credit card.
Q. When will my Order ship?
A. Usually within the next business day
Q. What about tracking numbers?
A. We will email the tracking number to you once available.
